Yeah, I was able to claim everything that got granted, though the black aura doesn't seem to be in my inventory or my style list. Cowl pack and TC did not grant at all. Only seems to be claimable on one toon, so I'd also like to know about if any of it is style unlockable before consuming it.
The black aura is the only item I was able to claim before everything else disappeared from the list, but I was able to consume the black aura and it does appear on my aura list. I can't speak for the bat masks as I had already bought that pack previously during a sale.
