Green Disruption Material

    I don't know if many people noticed this, but Oceans had a slot for boss event from War Party and after that she hopped on different phases and gave this new material. My friend let me showcase it on her character. It didn't drop yet on EU, Switch or Xbox as far as I'm concerned. Can a Dev let us know when it will?

    Thank you for this vid! I've been meaning to give this to my Hardlight character for awhile now, but after seeing it I think it'd be better on a Gadgets powerset. Saved me a bit of remorse for sure.
