Fixed Tanks and Healers can't complete the new Artifacts feat

    Pretty big bug. Tanks and Healers can't buy the Controller artifact, which means they can't complete the feat to collect all three of the new artifacts.

    This problem doesn't occur with the Tank artifact.

    This is true. The only way I can see to possibly obtain the feat without being a troll power is by making an alt with at least 50 source marks, using the free artifact cache to pick the bop artifwct, then purchase the 2 others afterwards.
