VR for dcuo?

Obviously DCUO doesn't have a true first person view, but you can get pretty close to one by turning off the auto zoom and zooming in as far as it will go. So, I did that. It pretty much felt like I was there in the world hitting the bad guys and flying around (and getting slightly nauseous from changes in direction if you change direction too quickly!). I'd also note the detail on some of the things in game is incredible - thumbs up to the devs on that. Some of the little details like on the doors (little yale locks), or on the sides of the police cars (writing like '911 emergency'), or some of the finer detail on the NPC character models, that you just probably wouldn't stop to look at usually are there to see.

Now, if you could zoom in all the way, to see virtually what your character was seeing - proper first person, it'd be even better. Even if they didn't go full VR, and just allowed zooming in a bit more "through" your character, that should be possible. And how cool would be be if you *could* go full VR in the game, turning your head this way and that to see what's around you and where the bad guys are.

That wouldn't be to everyones tastes, I'm sure, and to them it could play just as it does now. But it probably wouldn't take much to allow just that bit more zooming in on the view, and be able to see the world virtually as your character does, and that's if they *didn't* take the time to full VR. If they *did*, that could be pretty special.”

It wouldn't work try tanking in first person
