Basically, I suck at making names, but would rather not have to spend money to change it later on, so i was wondering if you guys could help me out. It doesn't have to be a serious name. Just whatever you can think of would be much appreciated. Thanks (Character is going to be female, with Quantum Powers of course.)
A lot of variables there with that REALLY basic description. LOL If this helps at all, when I made my Quantum character way back when it released, I got inspired by the aspects of the set (Time and Space powers) and an old short film. I took the Quantum power set, added Super Speed as my character's movement ability and WizardofSpeedandTime was born. The short that inspired me, just for fun. And yes, I had to use no spaces in the name to make it fit. Anyhow, you can look into some scientific terms, or maybe concentrate on either the Time or Space aspects of the power and work from there.
I'd never claim any of my character names are particularly good, but my quantum toon is called TimeSpace Cowboy, which could obviously be easily adjusted.
You could try look out how to spell 'time' in different languages. Or any related word. Could come up with quite a few. Tempo is italian for time. For example. Just Tempo, or Tempo warrior. Play with words.
My female Quantum heroine is as basic as you can get. She's a tiger-woman with quantum powers, so I just named her, "Quantum Tigress." LOL.
Ms Tempo (or Miss) - Tempo = time in italian that klind of thing.. just google appropriate words in a million languages and add stuff Classic old school Legion stuff like lass, ms, lady etc can be great if you like to go old school or if you like a military feel add Captain, sgt etc etc beauty of these added words is theres a smaller chance a variable is taken
doesnt necessarily HAVE to be a quantum name either, my quantum guy is Pyramid King (a mummy) because he is from another time, and travelled to the future to claim modern day Egypt for himself. so, another option would be to (if u have another character) play with styles on your main, and come up with a neat idea you can transfer to your brand new alt. thats how i come up with my outfits/concepts.
