Membership not renewed, card charged multiple times.

    My All access membership was suppposed to auto-renew at around 6:30 PST time.
    It did not renew until 10:30 PST time.
    I tried to repurchase 1 month and I got an error. After a few mins I tried again and got the same error that the request did not go through.
    Now I have 3 messages on my phone that my card was charged 3 times, but still no all access membership...
    Please assist.

    Same error here, and the support just ignore my tickets...

    It's only been 6 hours since i made my ticket and the day is almost past now. Realistically, I am not expecting a reply from them till Monday.
    No DCUO this weekend it seems.

    I received a reply from support at 12:57pm PST Saturday. My all access was renewed and only one charge went through. I have yet to confirm with my bank but i am sure the rest of the amount will be released soon. They were having some issues at their end which are now said to be resolved.
