Has anyone else been experiencing wide spread stuttering in the watch tower?

    Just wondering, if this has been such a big issue for such a long time, why hasn't any kind of optimization patch been made to make it stable?

    I was getting pretty terrible lag spikes before the shutdown. The kind that triggered infinite cooldown on powers for several seconds a time. :<
