Remember when server restarts...

..were sometimes only 20 minutes? Now it seems like its consistently an hour+

...oh how times do change....

That is because you play on PC.

On PS.... it has pretty much ALWAYS been 45+ minutes.
Once in a blue moon it was 30 minutes..... but it was a once in a while occasion.
45 min..... and hour..... more..... was pretty much expected on PS.

Now that the servers are merged.... it is pretty much always 1+ hour.

So you had it easy.... lucky you.
But no more.

I always remember 45 mine to a hr

They use to come up before 630, only time they were longer is when we had a hotfix

Yup...I remember getting on quick and trying to run my old reliable exobit farming route before it got overworked. Lol.

Usually it takes between 45-60 minutes!

Now it's well over 90 minutes, obviously something is going on with the servers/network!

PS had longer downtime then PC.

Yeah.... whenever there is a hotfix..... GU...... new DLC/Episode........ downtime takes MUCH longer then.

Did we get a new hotfix?? I know they mentioned the one that would change the Cosmic material and that would fix the Cosmic skin.

Isn't the restart to clear memory cache? Would make sense with a smaller population on USPC pre-merger that it would be faster.
