Cannot log in since update

    I am US-PC but the launcher is not loading any files and giving me the message...

    "There was a problem getting the list of files for download. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes."


    Everything was fine yesterday.

    Anyone ever encountered this problem before?

    same here. posted on another thread. no reply.
    i have uninstalled.
    redownloaded with steam and without.
    i have deleted old firewall exceptions and made new ones.
    i have run as administrator.
    i have disabled anti-virus.
    and i still get :
    ERROR

    Do a clean install and make sure you use CCleaner to get rid of the old DCUO files for good. The game was running like **** after the updates and this fixed it.

    i used ccleaner on my second 26gb download. still no change. ive posted the error log in the hope that a daybreak employee has an answer

    I had the same issue but with Windows 10 and the support team was no help. Ultimately it came down to trying to figure it out on message boards or do a complete OS install.

    I obviously went with the new fresh install and that fixed my problem. Hopefully they can figure out a solution that isn't a pain in the ***.

    you reinstalled your OS? although it says im a new player, im only new to the forums. i bought my cd-key in 2011, ive had my CC details stolen in the SOE hack, i got moved from cry for blood to a "mega server" when nobody played, ive stuck by this title and now i just cant login. pathetic. may just leave it.

    Yup with the latest GU updates recently it somehow messed up my DCUO files. Same here with the CC information and I had to get a whole new bank account after it was said and done.

    But I hope you get it fixed man.

    i am having the exact same problem ive tried every fix i have come across but no change i have submitted a ticket but no help yet this sucks its booster bundle time :(

    Also can get it all working on EU server but I change back to US and get the same error message
