   I trying buy t4,yesterday I was trying to find lvl 80 armor and someone just told me to find T4. needless today i found t4 in the Magic wing but it's locked to me. what am I missing?

   70 CR is required to purchase Tier 4 armor.
   Tier 4 armor has an Item Rating of 78.
