I see no reason to argue against their Deathbattle. Unless, there's other circumstances to the battle, insane healing factor is too much of a... uhm... factor.

There's a guy on Youtube who has a show called Variant Comics and he said Deathstroke would win for one very important reason: he's better skilled than Deadpool. Deathstroke's thing is learning his opponent's fighting tactics and staying a step ahead of them. Deadpool isn't so disciplined and prone to error. The movie points that out. He also said that Deathstroke could decapitate Deadpool then hide his head in a place where his body can't find it. I see it this way as well.
Then he'll probably have two Deadpools to deal with. His body has regenerated a new head before, and his head probably could regenerate a body. His crazy antics have always kept him unpredictable in his fights with the Taskmaster, and made it very hard to for him to stay one step ahead. The OP healing factor basically allows Deadpool to make many more mistakes, where as Deathstroke would have to be near perfect even with a slight healing factor of his own. While Deathstroke is known for his strategic mind, Deadpool does have the innate ability to make people lose their cool which Deathstroke has done before (see Deathstroke vs Teen Titans, Deathstroke Vs JLA). It's probably why the Teen Titans aren't dead.
Because deadpool can just teleport behind him an dc decapitate him. If you want to get technical though deadpool's regeneration prevents him from being killed so he will jeep going until slade is dead.

Deathstroke would win in a fight, but not be able to keep Deadpool out of commission, in addition to dead's regeneration he can break the 4th wall and cheat tremendously that way.
