For the feat?

All the icons for the 2 find them feats have 4 to 5 spots each that they show up at. I believe they don't move from one spot until they are found/disturbed by a player, so there's no spawn time for them.

For Supes I can only think of 4 places, 2 at the Daily Planet, 1 across the water from the Science Spire and the other on top of a bar in Suicide Slums.

Yeah there is a spot near there, I thought there was a fifth spot but couldn't remember it.

Just keep running/flying to all the spots you will get him at some point.

Okay, Cyana got her next Prom Box, and had the option of the Avatar Infiltrator Waist, Purple Aura or Plesiosaur Display (she went with the Aura, hope now will be able to trade Pink Smoke and Purple to get a Blue Smoke)
