Well I have done customer service for almost 14 and I think you and me both know that is not always true

Anyway I am sure people from DCUO will come up with the best solution for you....

When will the servers be back up? I'm getting very frustrated!

Now with what I just said, I have no doubt that they have worked hard, but on the flipside, there are paying players here, I being one of them. Now, as I just said, you would not let your bank take half of what you worked hard for. So if you pay for something, making a sub your intellectual property, why would you not also ask that it be lengthened so you can get what you paid for? Both apply to the same rules. They are you intellectual property, which you have the right to freely use. You earned that money just as much as spending $15 earns you 30 days of Legendary access to the game. You have the right to insist that you get your money's worth and what you paid for.

Nemph, cmon, they don't give you a choice. Their major base is DCUO, so they add in the others, call it ALLACCESS and name a price.

If I could soley pay for DCUO, I would. Unfortunately, they don't offer that atm. And I don't think I am the only one who plays DCUO only.

Dude, then you have not worked in customer service long enough. My 15+ years experience has taught me, No they are not. They are an unreasonable lot, entitled, disrespectful and rude. The majority would as soon forget you are there as long as you don't impede or diminish their self-important attitude. You're a consumer, you're entitled to what you pay for, which is monthly access, barring hardware and maintenance, no one promised you 100% up time. You assumed that was part of the deal. It is not.
