pvp gear question

    the pvp vendors in the Hall of Heroes don't show any gear to sell.....do I need to be a certain pvp CR in order to see/purchase it? I'm currently at pvp cr 95 and have mostly 97 gear.

    Yes, you need to purchase all 97 gear before you can look at the 98 gear.
