How Craven stole Christmas

I meant to add a little poem to my pictures better late than never.

I creep through the portal, no leaguemates in sight.

All the presents on display much to my delight.

I pick up a box and give it a shake

Must be exos, cause the contents don’t break.

An aura in one, base items in another,

It is clear that the league really likes each other.

My little grinchy heart skips a single beat.

Maybe leaving the gifts, would be the greater feat.

Bah Humbug ,fooey and no,

No conscience, all the gifts gotta go.

I must hurry quick, if I’m to get away,

Got my bag full of presents, but St. IronMagic blocks my way.

His voice filled the hall, as he shouts with pure ire,

Put those gifts down right now, or I’ll kill you with fire.

I duel him and lose, and duel him again.

My Terror Tendrils stun him, that’s where the fight ends.

I snatch one quick gift, and warp to my base,

I’ll ruin someone’s Christmas, see tears on their face.

I’m clutching the gift, and dancing with glee,

Until I read the name tag, the present’s for ME

My face turns all red, and I shudder with shame,

My heart finally melts, as I reread the name.

I return to the hall, with gifts of my own,

My guilt weighs me down, for my sins I must atone.

ShenaniganZ forgive in an instant, no threats or ill will,

They invite me to dinner, my belly to fill.

I now have the spirit, my heart no longer small,

Merry Christmas I shout to one and all.
