they are ANY color sockets. so if ur a tank, u can mod any way u want. no socket bonuses so it doesnt mater if u want all dom/prec, all health, all dom/health, etc, etc, etc. me i'm going half and half dom/prec dom/might. that way i get as much dps/tank stats as possible.
I've experienced explosive block in pvp. Since there is no cash, I've been pvping with my PvE gear as I'm sure others have as well. The PvE stats may not be applied but I feel the tactical mods might still be going through. I think this needs to be tested

HT mods were removed from pvp, regular mods are still "allow", but beware a lot of players here say stats are cap in pvp, main reason we need official numbers from devs so players do not waste exos and even sp in stats if they already hit cap.
