    I have the same problem. When i first logged in on my main toon, everything looked okay. Then I noticed my Inventory shrinked and I had a lot of items in the temporary overflow inventory. I didn't count the slots left, so i'm not sure, whether it was the slots I bought on the marketplace or the legendary slots, which were the ones missing. I had no error message in the on-duty menu's dlc raids, so legendary membership seems to work as intended.

    I then logged out and the game showed me the Character creation window.

    Characters being missing (EUPC):
    Cytherean
    NeuroticBreakdown
    IceInTheHole
    ...and a few twinks I don't remember :D

    I use the US servers. All I have been getting is the game going straight into char creation. All my 16 chars are unavailable. :(

    switching from EU server to US server worked... all chars there

    EDIT:
    switching back from US to EU ... characters gone --> game starts with char creation

    it goes straight to character creation screen dude, also if I change the loader to US server my characters are there but the world is down... someone turned left instead of right didn't they? Satnavs man!

    If i switch on US PC server , i see all my characters but World is Down

    If i switch on EU PC server , i have nothing and games ask create new character

    My account was create in SOE in 2012 , after migrated to PSG and migrated another time in SOE last week

    Tried the same. Changed from EUPC to USPC, all my toons are there on USPC, but it states "World Down!"
