Hello, I am getting this on multiple computers: Unable to download HTTP::Exception::UnhandledResponse: Redirect (302 - 12.120.54.128) - http://dcuo.patch.station.sony.com/...c6b1d12b9ac52ed4dee50a937ccac55aae0?cb=JDOEBM I'm unable to successfully launch it on any of my computers. Please help!
Have you made sure all antivirus/firewall programs (on all the computers) have DC Universe set as an exception? If so, then please submit a support ticket so we can further assist you.
i am having the same problem. all of my firewall/anti virus things are off i think if there not off how do i check?
Hello, This is happening to my son as well. I work for an internet company and noticed that the IP address that is displayed in the error is a provider owned device. ( Akamai ) So I have started some internet discussions. I am to test from in front of my home firewall. (standard testing for most providers ) and return the results. I wanted to ask if any of you that are having this issue could tell me if your error message returns any IP details of where the trouble might be. Also, If you could drop a provider name it may help as well. Also, This is an older thread. Are there people still having this trouble?
