I'm not big on PvP but there are a gold mine of skill points in there, and getting the low hanging fruit makes sense. But I didn't pay much attention when they made a bunch of changes a while back. I did get the current PvP starter armor set and started to do some legends and I think I have enough valor point to upgrade my armor. So my question is where to get the armor? I heard you need the starter set first and I have that, but I can't figure out where to get new pieces. Is there a post that explains all this ?
Once you buy the full set of pvp gear, the next tier will pop up from the same guy. Make sure to get the weapon and everything.
