So i just started DCUO again and found this thread and i couldnt believe it.
Did anyone get the money from the 1400000 $
One point four million $ sounds a bit unrealistic for a game like DCUO.

Anyway good work making tournaments, keep it up.

Nice event, can you answer how the matches were made (random or choosen by own will) because got the feeling there might have been a disadvantage for same player in the tournament by putting them against strong to eliminate them early...

Lol...I dont even know if I should laugh about this question.
Yes, the matches were actually made random. There were some ppl leaving after the first round (like DragonsLair team Nr2) but thats how it goes. I dont think it matters on which place of the tournament you fly out..if its early or later...you are not winner not second nor third...but its ok you played the matches.
Next thing is, really I think all teams were equall good legends players. You havent been there ...but I was and trust me all were playing outstandingly good...so no I dont think there were disadvantages.
