Not a fan of suppressor turret for pvp, I think you'd find more success especially for a healer killer build with Photon Blast instead of Suppressor turret and Stasis Field instead of Decoy. If you're solo queing and want more survivability you can still take decoy and sub out SF. The rotation would be SF-GG-CF>Electrostatic Pulse Device. With the weapon attacks in between.
I'm there to debuff. Not a fan of Photon Blast. Stasis fields pretty good and I switch in between depending on who I go up against.
