Does anyone know what the note about the PS4 Launcher means ? I can't figure it out

Sounds like when getting kicked from being inactive, instead of displaying the Brainiac disconnect screen, you go right to the character launcher.

Skip lvl 25-3 hours
Skip Tutorial- 5 hours
Time Capsule- 7 hours
Early game improvements- 15 hours

Sorry Mepps, but once again you guys aren't being honest, it's clearly at least a 30 hours downtime, please fix your numbers.

That already happens though, I get it all of the time.

Oh I'm sure they'll find something to do. There's good movies to watch. I'm sure people can pop on the Batman movies.
Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, and Batman & Robin comes to mind. I'm sure, during the downtime, people
can just sit and watch those movies on blu-ray. That's what I plan to do.

Here's my feedback. If it takes that long, just tell them it won't be up till next server restart. We all know your estimates are a random number. And even so we log in and game is broke anyways.

Yeah, I expect the full 12 hours to happen. These updates take a long to put into the game. Episodes didn't take
quite so long though.

Well that is 16 hours my Electric character doesn't have to worry about being ganked in content. Its ok she needs the rest to recover her power. It might be restored by the time the game comes up.
