    Ice
    • Max Damage mod no longer prevents gaining Chill effects.

    Fire
    • Fixed a bug where healing received (including from Fire Tanks and Power over Time) was being cut off.

    Marketplace
    • New Marketplace Base Items are now available on the Loyalty Vendor.
