I just turned level 30 with Mileena, and I have level 28 Martial Arts weapons. Where are some level 30 weapons? They used to be at the consoles in the armory I think. I checked Ursa, but she doesn't sell weapons.
Go get the pvp weapons that are next to the Archangel gear. Those are the only things you can buy and your in luck the new versions are stronger than the old ones. These will hold you till you get a good drop or even till you get to Central City, it has the only pve weapons you can buy at level 30.
