Simple solution to the Rocklet balance issue. . .

the solution is to make left click the burst, and right click ADS with single shot, then merge standard and locklet, but only lock on in ADS, this prevents bailing LA from having accurate fire/lock on in mid air from the RR which I see as a bit of a problem, while making the combined ammo type competitive with typhoon, which is just the better ammo type right now.
