P2 is in the best shape it's ever been in, BUT....

Rocket launchers and av turrets do shut down larger vehicle columns if they are organised and set up correctly. I see it happen often.

Air also counters them if organised although it is harder than infantry.

Counters are effective enough that you rarely see large vehicle vs vehicle battles as the cheapest, easiest and most effective counter is infantry. The largest fault of pulling vehicles to counter vehicles is that you lose the ability to quickly transition to an all infantry base battle.
