im new pls help !!

i downloaded the game on pc and my pc is so good when i try start the game its say resloution recommanded is 1280*1024 so i chnached the resloution and its still not working also say same thing pls help me what should i do ?

Well, first explain what is actually going on.

I'm assuming the launcher is working correctly.

Have you restarted your computer since the install completed?
I would suggest doing that.
Start up the launcher and try to go into the game.

Make sure you have downloaded the latest Microsoft updates.

What operating system are you using?

Is the game crashing and are you getting a message?

I'm running mine on Full Screen 1600x900.

It seems the game is starting in a resolution not supported by the monitor.

Try this:

• Open the folder where the game is installed to (i assume you know where you installed the game)
• open the file "UserOptions.ini"
• find the lines "FullscreenWidth=" and "FullscreenHeight=" (should be in the top of the file)
• change the lines to "FullscreenWidth=1280" "FullscreenHeight=1024"

This should set the game resolution to the values you mentioned in your post.
