So, I stopped playing maybe half a year ago due to various reasons, and since, I've been entirely unable to play the game because it runs at a fraction of the fps it used to, (far) over 60 almost everywhere to 16 at most. From what I've tried, it appears to be that the game is locked to 1 thread somehow; ingame fps shows as being cpu bound, while task manager shows the cpu is barely being utilised. Seemingly no wiggling of settings, reinstalling or driver updates have changed this since. Kind regards
