Information: I'm currently the only member (sadly) and would like to gain more, I'm looking for people to fill positions of higher officers in Army and Air ranks, such as Majors and Sergeants, and I also need 3 more command positions filled, two for special forces and one for Air Force, each one specializes in their own places (more explained below in ranking system). I hope to have people specialize in differing ways, special forces able to do a bit of everything with designated jobs (Airman, Paratrooper, Heavy, Engineer, Jump Trooper, Pilot, Vehicular weapon specialist, drivers/pilots, etc), Army being able to have heavies, Jump troopers, Engineers, Field Instructors, Field Medics, Base commanders, Base Medics, Base Engineers, Drivers, weapon specialists, snipers, infiltrators,etc (List can always change), and Air force being able to have Sky jumpers (Special unit for jump troopers), Hell Divers, pilots, Base Engineers, field medics, etc (List WILL change). Command structure will have 4 individuals who will all agree on items before major change to the whole regiment is made, rules will be agreed upon and found HERE (Link when rules are set in stone) and Command structure and squads for each branch HERE Ranks go as the Following (Low to High) ARMY (NCO/ Enlisted) Private Private First Class Specialist Sergeant Staff Sergeant Sergeant First Class (Can lead Squads) Master Sergeant First Sergeant (Warrant Officers) Warrant Officer Chief Warrant Officer (Commissioned Officers) 2nd Lieutenant Lieutenant Captain Major Lt. Colonel Colonel (Highest rank achievable by squad leaders (High Command Ranking) General Squad system- Teams of 4 (Hell Divers) to 12 (Base Squads) led by a leader designated by command, can be specialist or regular troopers, pilots may not join these teams and must be under the orders of whichever Air CO they're under. Specialties- you may have 2 specs to be trained in, you may not have 2 support classes and you may not train for some things out side of your Branch, as your squad leader for specialties.
