    Unable to contact Daybreak support. Are they down for the Holidays or some other problem?

    There should be someone there; but, yes, they are most likely running on a skeleton crew until after New Year's.

    I wonder, what is the makeup of a skeleton crew of a skeleton crew? One janitor with access to reboot servers if needed?
