    Is it possible to look at the drop rate of the Parchment from lunatics, Madmen, Etc? This item used to drop fairly quickly to get the quest started. I have killed all the Madmen, Lunatics, and spawned The Prophet 4 times now and still no parchment.

    It drops pretty regularly in pillar of flames. Try there.
