Am I just forgetting something -- ? Why is there a skeleton scaling in Antonica? It's along the road near the South Qeynos bridge. (I posted here because I'm thinking it's a just a NoTD thing I don't remember.) It's jumped me -- level 77 Wizard -- twice this evening. No problem to eliminate it; just a bit mystified...
Yes, they are NoTD mobs. There should be a bunch & if you get close enough they will scale to your level. If you shoot them from afar however, they remain level 1 & still drop candies & such. They can be found all over the lowbie zones in Norrath (CL, Nek beach, etc.).
Ah, cool, thank you... Apparently, I did forget. Silly me. Not as terrorizing as the bunnies but also not as cute...ish.
