I attempted to use it at the marked locations, but get the message, You cannot use the extractor. I have tried dropping my mount, equipping the Zephyronic Extractor (which you can't do) and even deleted the quest, camped out, came back in and got the quest anew and it still won't let me complete the quest steps by using the Zephyronic Extractor at the designated locations. NOTE: THIS IS HAPPENING ON THE TEST SERVER AND MAY NOT NECESSARILY BE HAPPENING ON THE LIVE SERVERS.
