Notices Potancy on h2 mobs went up to 1,597,653.6 it was 1,400'000.0ish dont know if that was intended or a bug have not checked h1's or anything yet
This is within the variance range, and their buffs haven't been modified since beta, so I wouldn't call this a bug.
