This was fixed for a while, and is broken again. Spoke to him today, got attacked, fought him, talked to him. Had no effects on me and wasn't stuck in combat, but when I jumped off the cliff to fly away, I couldn't fly. I had no merc or pet, I was on my troub. Please get this fixed again!
