Does Dragon Claws AA work?

    Doesn't look like AA Dragon Claws for scouts actually increase potency for my CA, anyone can clarify it for me please.

    It increases your base potency by 25%.

    it doesnt that's the thing at list it doesnt look like that on CA's

    You're right. It would be great if if the tooltips showed it. Maybe it's a bug since my other clickable potency increases do show up in my CA examine windows. Your CA damage does increase with Dragon Claws though (I checked in ACT).
