Fixed Internally Defiler Spell Soul Cannibalize Broken

I noticed at the beginning of this xpac that soul cannibalize was no longer doing it's job providing power to the defiler. Thinking it might be because of the level increase and harder content I waited until I could make an expert version of the latest level of it. It still does not provide power like it always has. Please fix this spell. Thank You in advance.

The three or so most recent versions of the spell lost the effect, while all the ones lower than that still have it. I think what happened is they were changing the effect from a percentage-based return to flat values, but forgot to add back in for the most recent versions.

The workaround is just to use one of the lower level versions of the spell until it's fixed.

No answer from devs and no update in patchnote. Does the new Soul Cannibalize, work as intended without power regeneration component ?

I too was hoping this was going to be in the fix update.

New patch notes and still not a single word for Soul Cannibalize issue...

I wish this thread wouldn't keep getting buried. Other defilers should please hit the like button on first post.

I hit like...it would be nice to have the spell back to working correctly.

Another patch and this issue isn't in it. Also no mention about it.
