Hello all and thank you for reading this advertisement. We are a very active level 95 guild made up of people from all around the globe. Our raid times Wed Fri Sat 8pm-11pm (All times EST) Raid invites tend to start 30 minutes before hand. We have a DKP system that resets at the beginning of the month to a cap, alt loot can be bought for plat. We are a family friendly guild so Bloodlust has a no cursing in guild chat rule! This includes the text channels and Ventrilo server. We try to respect all real races and ethnicities and the mythical ones. (Except gnomes, which are not really a race as much as an abomination and are sacrificed to the loot gods for better fabled lootz.) Raids are open to guild members that meet the recommended level & stats posted in our guildhall rulebooks. We on occasion do allow for alts to act as placeholders for DKP so other players can raid with us from other guilds, but the preference is for raiders to have their main in the guild. If the raid is full DKP can be earned while on sit, and items can be bidden upon through our loot channels. You do not have to raid. There is no mandatory raiding rule. We raid to maintain the integrity of the guild population. There is no mandatory attendance rule, although demotions can occur due to lack of attendance. If you don’t show up, you don’t earn DKP. For the progression minded people we will never be a top progression guild, but we tend to hover around the Top 10-12 spot on the server. Bloodlust has a huge casual aspect about it. We value friendships over elitism. Although we may have some elite players in the guild, we ask that respect is to be given to everybody. For many people this is a home and we are their family. Bloodlust is also a very opportunistic guild. If you help out and want the responsibility, all officer positions in the guild are open to advancement, including Guild Leader and Raid Leader. We also tend to have an open door policy, where if somebody leaves, they can come back. Bloodlust decided to be a military friendly guild during the second gulf war, and to avoid kicking a veteran out on a long tour of duty we put a 1000 day limit. Bloodlust resides in T3 Hall off the Antonica docks with all the major amenities, and many of the minor ones. We limit the item count in the guild hall for ease of zone loading. We also have a very convenient trade skilling area. For Raids we currently, we need Enchanters, a Dirge, Plate and Chain healers, and some quality DPS, but all classes have an opportunity to prove themselves. We have had alot of full raids lately but we are still looking for a few good healers, including leather and plate.
