In converting the Budding Botanist's Blissful Thought Rune from red to purple, the original red included hands as a slot option, however, when converted to purple, it can no longer go in the hands slot, only forearms, feet, neck and charm. However, I believe to be a bug because the Tishan's Zimaran Rune: Blissful thought, can go in the hands slot. I know this may likely get replaces by a new version of withering, tainted blade or the like, but I still believe this should be fixed so we can start out with the best possible option in slot until we get a better slot option.
This is not a bug, the Budding Botanist's Rune: Blissful Thought has never been able to be placed on hands. No Blissful Thought adornments before Ballads of Zimara have been able to be placed on hands.
