So unfortunately that's not likely. I'm not a big fan of ascension, but encounters were tuned with it in mind. And I don't think the devs have the time it would take to retune all the encounters to account for that. I'll take it a step further. If they had that time, I'd rather they focus it on developing better content moving forward (that doesn't rely on ascension dps perhaps) then retuning old content for a select group. But that's just one person's opinion.
I personally like having these things. I respect that you don't. I played without them for years so having things easier now is where I am at. I can only do the same thing for so many years.....
