Fixed Internally Wiz Type 3 has wrong spell group

    68420 Type3 FC Glacial Ice Cascade
    -- Remove group 125120230 (this group is covered by 68415 Type3 FC Tears of the Rescued)
    -- Add group 125120292 (includes the ice cascade spell with twincast blocker)
    -- Add Group 125120240 (includes the fire version of ice cascade)

    The upgrade to 64466 Type3 FC Pure Wildmagic X also seems to be missing
