Just thought i would add my beef to the rest. Maybe the more complaints they get the faster they will work. Over a week dealing with white windows. I just love paying for a broken product. Read a few suggestions about getting into the program and fixing it myself. I pay to play, not fix. Working around the mess but its a real pain in the butt. Please show some empathy and consideration for your customers and fix this soon.
