which servers go to lvl 100?

havent played in years and want to use the free heroic char

If you're looking at the server selection screen:
* The only preferred server that you can start as a 100 heroic is Vox.
* Of the standard servers, you can start at 100 on any of them except Agnarr and Ragefire.

Any server that has Rain of Fear or later unlocked has a level cap of 100 or higher.

TLPS: Aradune, Rizlona, Vaniki, Mangler (I think that's all of the current)

All "Live" (i.e. not TLP)

While that maybe true for TLPs, I'm not sure what expansion they need to have unlocked to be able to use a 100 Heroic.

Q: What expansion is needed to unlock the new Level 100 Heroic Characters?
A: Torment of Velious (with Level 85 Heroic Characters still set to open on progression servers at Call of the Forsaken).

That's why I only noted which have the max level of 100+
