Google analytics advertise specific to the user based on what they have browsed the web for. Almost every website uses google analytics now a days . They would be silly not to.
What am I not seeing here? They outsourced their knowledge base to Wikia, and there are advertisements that aren't theirs? Seems normal to me.
ublock Origin to be exact. And sometimes it helps to remember that Chrome is literally made by an advertising company.
With any real ad service you can use on your website you should be allowed to block a competitor ads from appearing on your site.
Ad companies completely destroyed the content quite some time ago. Ads that have unstoppable sound, ads that spew all over the screen if your mouse comes in contact with them. Pop-under ads - some sites with 4-5 of them at a time... Content that has 50% ads on their pages. AdBlock ftw.
LOL if you think Firefox or any of them value your privacy...Did your Norton AntiVirus tell you that?
I play sporadically, so I always managed to get the expansions for free (via promos to come back). This was the first expansion I actually bought. And the thing is, I'm having much more fun playing WoW right now than EQ. Never thought I'd say that.
