This was obtained via /duel with a rogue who summoned the pet against me. This is same spell text associated with victims of "Phantom Assassination" which is a proc generated from rogue pet melee. This is 100% reproducible under any condition. I spent quite a while running from loom to loom to loom to loom trying to figure out what kind of Tailoring apparatus I needed to make the Transcendent bags. In the book, it's described as being accomplished through the power of Ethernere. The recipe calls for: Ethernere Essence is an extr(a)ordinary material with temporal properties. Using this force in your crafting yields even more impressive results. Use befouled skins and (befouled) silk to maximize the effect The actual recipe in game however, is 3x Planar Energy Shard 2x Befouled Silk 1x Befouled Animal Pelt 1x Pattern 1x Calcified Filament Think someone linked the RoF global to these bags instead of the CoTF unless I am missing something, it should have been 3x Ethernere Essence.
Not sure if it was mentioned yet, but it looks like Lesson of the Devoted and Expedient Recovery veteran reward AA's have a shared timer now.
If you look at that, there's a normal hit and then a backstab hit. The backstab is what 'procs' the hate thing. Sure, it's probably a proc...but...it's a 100% guaranteed one off the pet's backstab. That being said, it needs to reduce the rogue who casted it's hate, rather than increase hate. I'm not sure why that Increase Current Hate is even there. One thing I do know is that it's reducing the rogue's hate when I use it...but...it definitely needs to not increase its own hate at the same time. That I do agree with. ^^
