    Unfortunately it appears you have missed some content somewhere. I have triple checked the charms and the Rosette definitely does not cap at 108%. There are 78 quests and missions that must be completed in CotF to get the maximum stats. This includes Heroic Adventures.

    108% extrapolated from the above statement. I must now assume Pwn is missing a great number of requirements, despite stating every single one is complete. My bad for jumping to the conclusion that, based on the above statement, yet another charm was broken. Apologies.

    Armor of the Stonescale is overwritten and blocked by the Druid AA (Group Spirit of the Black/White Wolf) - Effectively deleting a 27K Runeshield for reduced mana cost and additional elemental resist doesn't seem like a good trade to this wizard.

    Doing Keepers Ring task if you don't have the quest Faldern wont let you into the instance. Prevents people from helping others without repeating the quest. Please fix this.l

    Spell cast messages are currently broken on live. You now only see the name of the spell if you originally purchased the AA from leader AAs. Those who didn't purchase it just get Yinla begins to cast a spell.

    No name after it, tried toggling the command for both the spell name cast messages and the PC spells, along with different combinations and still won't show on chars who didn't do LAA.

    Edit: This is on a 100 wizard.

    You might want to check out what's up with the item shroud of the forgotten(mine is lvl 1 still) because it can allow you to do this. I'm not sure if it's the curse of evocation proc from it (while making you fizzle more) seems to block counters from improved twincast from being counted while allowing spell to still twincast.

    This is using max Improved twincast aa. I cast an ethereal incandescence after last charge finally left to make sure it wouldn't twin after last charged was finally used.

    Normal raids buffs on wiz for 1st parse with normal raid buffs and only arcane fury for 2nd/3rd parse.

    AAs used for 1st parse:

    Silent Casting
    Focus of Arcanum
    Fury of Kerafyrm
    Fury of Ro
    Arcane Fury
    Second Spire
    Improved Twincast
    Auspice of the Hunter

    Instant nuke for 2nd time was to have improved twincast aa shown in casting log on fight. Still 21 twincast casts before it faded.

    Forgot to nuke before to have Improved twin show in spell log, but here's a 3rd time with 24 twincasts. Instant nuke was to make sure once again it didn't twin after it faded, so it's the only nuke that didn't twincast.
