I am having this issue: Location 1: Everything works perfectly fine. Location 2 (same ISP but a different router/firewall): The game works fine, but Universal Chat becomes unavailable after 1-2 minutes in any zone. After I zone (doesn't matter where, static or instance, or just succor within the same zone), I can see the channels and send/receive ;tells for about 1-2 min, and then I get the error that Universal Chat is unavailable, and it never restores connection until I zone again. What could be causing this?
