I spawned the first undead orc, killed it and looted the Terse Note. I did not get a quest update, but did not realise. Tried to get the next part of the quest triggered but nothing happened. A few hours later I realise that the first step did not update, so I return and luckily the mob spawns again. I kill it again and loot the Terse Note again, and this time I got a task update. I go on to try to spawn the three undead orcs in the next step. They spawn. I kill them and I loot their ring. But now task update. Cannot continue the quest nor spawn the undead trio again. This seems very bugged.
