    More correctly "Noon PST + however much any complications they have take" - often they plan it for noon but it's closer to 1-2pm PST in reality.

    It's noon PDT (GMT -7). Except for those who incur an automated time penalty for asking stupid questions on the forum. AI is such a wonderful thing. :)
