Was shared cruelty actually brought up to par/above savagery, ie. 2hs=2hp=2hb with the latest "fix"?

No, if you used Piercing before, you lost 182 bonus damage after the "fix". so we broke even with the increased bonus damage added to 2 handers.

just to be 100% clear, savagery is no longer < cruelty, and 2hp=2hs=2hb, right?
